Purpose of the Role

Perform a variety of routine servicing, inspections (VOSA standards), and subsequent repairs on a range of Distribution Tractors, heavy vehicles, and associated equipment, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards. Conduct comprehensive visual and operational checks, diagnosing issues and carrying out repairs using advanced diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and systematic troubleshooting techniques.

A range of technical competencies, including:

• Proficiency in mechanical systems repair.
• Electrical fault diagnosis and repair, including CAN bus systems and multiplex wiring.
• Interpretation and application of technical drawings, schematics, and service bulletins.
• Use of diagnostic tools for engine management systems.
