Our client is a main dealership looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller to join their busy site in Worthing.

Salary for the role: £35,000 to £42,000

Hours of work:

06.00 to 16.00 – Monday to Friday

07.00 to 12.00 – every other Saturday

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To effectively co-ordinate the activities of the service operation.

To directly liaise, negotiate and implement policy in conjunction with the manufacturer.

To manage and lead the service department, in a way which supports the business objectives of the dealership and compliments the manufacturer’s policies.

To deliver a quality of service which meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.

To ensure that the department has the equipment and facilities required to maximise productivity and conform to relevant legislation in order to ma...
