Main Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Service team, Volkswagen and Audi Sligo.

The role:

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and timely flow of work through the workshop, leading to customer satisfaction.To ensure the work is completed on time and efficiently thereby contributing to the achievement of departmental service targets. To ensure work is completed using the right first time approach by ensuring the work is allocated to suitable technicians in terms of qualification or experience. To ensure the team delivers the highest standard of service and that each opportunity is taken to continuously improve the working methods and standards.
