The Workplace Support Program Supervisor provides professional supervision and mentoring to employees from organizational clients who work in high-risk, high-stress roles regularly exposed to distressing or conflicting work. Operating within New Zealand's service delivery model where professional supervision is both culturally expected and essential for practitioners in these fields, this role delivers evidence-based individual and group supervision to help clients reflect on their work, monitor their wellbeing, and develop resilience. The supervisor directly contributes to client wellbeing outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and TELUS Health's reputation as a trusted partner in supporting employee mental health across the Asia-Pacific region.
