Job Description

                Workplace Solution Engineer- - - - - - - - - - - -
The Level 3 Solution Engineer is responsible for the research, design, build, configuration, and implementation of virtualization and modern workplace management solutions. This global role requires advanced technical expertise in VDI and virtualization services (primarily Omnissa/VMware Horizon), automation and networking skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing services. The engineer leads complex projects, troubleshoots advanced issues, and ensures best practices for system architecture, deployment, and security.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research, design, implement, and optimize virtualization and workplace management solutions (Omnissa [formerly VMware] Horizon, vSphere, Horizon Cloud Service, etc.).
