Workplace Services and Experience - Operations Manager

About the position

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Services and Experience Manager to help manage our workplace operations, including (but not limited to) janitorial, building maintenance, pest control, kitchen equipment and pantry equipment across our cafes and food service areas, ensuring optimal performance and uninterrupted operations.

Our office environment has diverse operational and design needs. You’ll liaise with the parties involved in designing, building and managing our amenity spaces, including our food service operators, consultants, architects, engineers, project managers, facilities managers, equipment suppliers and manufacturers, to ensure those needs are met with the right solutions.

When new spaces are built, you’ll be involved in the construction process—from demolition through punch list and operation—and manage our ongoing maintenance programme and vendor partners to maintain operational excellence and sanitation sta...
