Workplace Manager

The opportunity

As a Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering workplace services across the Canberra portfolio. You will be accountable for ensuring alignment with business needs, driving operational excellence, and delivering a consistent, high-quality workplace experience.

You will lead locally focused workplace initiatives, ensuring compliance, tenancy standards, and service delivery outcomes are met. Acting as the primary point of accountability for workplace operations, you will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the team while proactively managing risks and driving continuous improvement.

This role is based in Canberra (Ngambri). Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
