We are recruiting a Workplace Host to join our Booking.com team in Manchester! The Hospitality Host is the primary ambassador and the “face” of the Campus. This role marries high-end hospitality with efficient reception management, delivering a consistently warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors. You are responsible for the first and last impression of the workplace, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, supportive, and reflects a premium service standard.

While your primary focus is guest experience, you are an integral part of the Workspace Services team, supporting Office Managers and Campus projects to ensure the building is fully operational and on-brand at all times.
