Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, manage arrivals and support meet-and-greet processes.
- Prepare, inspect and reset meeting rooms, ensuring equipment, amenities and cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist clients with messages, reservations, travel confirmations and general information.
- Report maintenance issues and complaints to the Helpdesk and escalate when required.
- Support technical room requirements and use room-management panels when needed.
- Maintain food and beverage presentation standards in meeting rooms.
- Complete checklists and daily logs of client interactions and improvement notes.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality and workplace-management standards.
