Workplace Experience Analyst (Santiago)

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Analyst to join our team at Globant.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handles requests related to buildings and grounds and can consist of light plumbing, electrical work, painting and all around maintenance tasks.
• Monitors computerized heat, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC), schedules and monitors calls for service.
• Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
• Coordinates and oversees applicable facility, grounds and maintenance upkeep, office moves and building related projects.
• Planning the best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current premises. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout. Develops and oversees space modifications and/or acquisition for the company. Oversees the annual budget to ensure office operations.
