Job Description

Workplace: Remoto
Profile:
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
 Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
 Experience in Windows operating systems administration;
 Proficiency in Android and iOS operating systems administration;
 Strong knowledge of Cloud Device Management, including M365, AWS, among others;
 Experience in deployment of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems;
 Good knowledge of MDT and Intune;
 Knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Office), Windows 10/11, macOS, and JAMF;
 Fluency in English and Spanish;
 Proactive mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills;
 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
