Workplace Engineer (40 hours per week)

With over 60 dedicated IT professionals, we're committed to enhancing our business model through vertical integration. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the consistent delivery of vital services, including hardware and software management, issue resolution, and proactive measures to elevate the user experience. 

As a workplace Engineer, you will be an integral part of the ATS-Modern Endpoint Management team, contributing to daily operations aimed at maintaining and standardizing end-user IT services. 

Collaborating closely with both local and international IT teams, you will assist the Modern Endpoint Team in ensuring the smooth delivery of essential services, such as hardware and software management, issue resolution, and the implementation of proactive measures to enhance user satisfaction.
