This role is part of the Workplace Experience team. The job is located in Leeds, Edinburgh & Bristol. It is a full‑time position with a hybrid working pattern: at least two days per week (40 %) must be spent in one of the company office sites.

As Workplace Culture & Community Lead you will shape and oversee our Groupwide Workplace Communities operating model across UK and international hubs, translating strategy into delivery through clear frameworks, measurable objectives and effective BAU operations.

You will enable our Executive Community Leaders with direction, insight and support, and partner closely with multiple People propositions to align community activity to our wider Group objectives.
