About the role

Working closely with our Client Services team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing daily site operations to ensure minimal disruption to business activities;

Coordinating maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and managing contractors on site;

Managing mail, archives, reprographics, and secure document destruction;

Onboarding new starters into the premises and maintaining staff amenities;

Monitoring and ordering office supplies while promoting new ways of working in a hybrid environment;

Acting as an active member of the Workplace Health and Safety Committee, leading emergency planning and managing office security;

Reconciling and processing invoices promptly;

Assisting the Events Manager to deliver high-quality client events;

Keeping office manuals and intranet information up to date and relevant;
