Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Asset Coordinator to support workplace operations, space management, and employee experience initiatives for the client's Entertainment and Product Technology team. This role will serve as a key onsite resource, ensuring office spaces operate efficiently while supporting employees, facilities, and workplace projects.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate office and seating plans in partnership with Workplace Experience leadership.
+ Serve as the primary onsite contact for employee workplace needs and office-related inquiries.
+ Manage day-to-day office operations, including conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, furniture, and workplace technology.
