Working Foreperson

The Working Foreperson is responsible for leading and executing day-to-day field construction activities on infrastructure projects involving sewer, watermain, road, and utility installations. This role combines hands-on work with frontline crew leadership, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.

As a key field leader, the Working Foreperson organizes crew tasks, monitors workmanship, supports site logistics, and ensures adherence to Sierra’s safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
