Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to oversee the complete strip‑out and refurbishment of a commercial gym facility in Lincolnshire. This is a fast‑paced £300k fit‑out project with an initial build programme of approximately six weeks. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard. Following successful delivery of this project, there is a strong pipeline of upcoming fit‑out schemes across the UK, providing the potential for ongoing work.
