Job Summary

At PwC, our Workforce Transformation team delivers consulting services across human resources functions, talent management, and organizational development. The Workforce Transformation Manager leads end‑to‑end HR and payroll transformation initiatives that align with clients’ overall strategy and enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements.
• Lead a variety of HR engagements, including HR Strategy, Payroll Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness & Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dayforce, and other payroll technologies), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management, and AI in HR.
