Workforce Training Instructor

Westbrook Adult Education is seeking part‑time Workforce Training Instructors to teach evening workforce preparation courses for adult learners interested in entering employment and career training pathways beginning September 2026.

Courses are designed to support students in building workplace readiness, contextual English language skills, digital literacy, industry vocabulary, professionalism, and career‑specific foundational skills.

Current and planned course offerings may include:

• Bridge to Construction Careers
• Bridge to Ironworks
• Bridge to Business Technology
• Additional workforce bridge programs as developed
