We are looking to hire a talented and committed WFS Specialist to join the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team. We are a geographically distributed team, and you would be located at our buildings in Jeddah to support KSA Org.

Key job responsibilities
- Creates a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost per hire and cost per WFS employee
- Evolves and implements labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses
