                Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS / EmpCenter)  including Time & Attendance and Job Scheduling . 
Proven expertise in physical time clocks , covering clock face layout configuration  and end-to-end rollout planning . 
Experience configuring WFS rules, schedules, accruals , and supporting integrations with SAP SuccessFactors / Payroll . 
Workforce Software Certified  (PT102 / PT103 / PT120 / PT125 / PT141 preferred) with enterprise delivery experience.
