The Workforce Readiness Coordinator is responsible for preparing students to become high-quality, career-ready employees who meet the evolving needs of today's workforce. This role directly addresses a clearly identified need expressed by the State of Ohio, employers across Northeast Ohio, and school leaders: the demand for dependable, skilled, and workforce-ready talent. The Workforce Readiness Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring students are not only educated, but prepared-ready to enter the workforce as dependable, skilled, and motivated employees.
