Manager-(Frontline/Bulk /Volume Hiring) – Airoli (Navi Mumbai)
- Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply
- Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
- BPO/BPM Experience or Consultancy experience in BPO roles
- Total Experience: 10-13 years
- Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as a Manager on paper
- Handled a team of atleast Assistant Managers/Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
- Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
- Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
- Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
- Must be comfortable with WFO
- Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
