We’re on the lookout for a savvy Workforce Planner to help design how we staff, forecast, and flex our teams across our retail network and support centres.

In this role, you’ll provide data‑driven insights, workforce forecasts, and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational decision‑making in a dynamic retail environment.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to deliver workforce solutions aligned to trading patterns and business objectives.
