Your Role

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules (Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Compliance).
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure auto-rostering and labour optimization features.
• Integrate Legion with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems.
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management.
