Workforce Generalist - Hybrid

**Description**



The primary purpose of this role is to build skills, knowledge and abilities for future talent in the areas of workforce strategy, data analytics, Field HR and HR Operations Delivery. The incumbent for this role will rotate through various assigned departments within Human Resources. Areas of focus include: Supporting the day-to-day operations of our strategic workforce management programs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Studies, Human Resources, Statistics, or other related field

+ 2 years related experience.
