Are you an organized administrator with a can-do attitude and a background in hospitality?
As a Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with both clients and staff members to achieve effective workforce outcomes. Focusing on both the day of operations and future allocations, you will be able to think on your feet to ensure optimal staffing coverage for our clients. A key part of your role will involve recruiting and onboarding temporary staff to meet fluctuating client demands.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with Brisbane Team and other National key staff to ensure seamless operational activity
- Forward planning and allocation of personnel
- Management of high-volume incoming calls
- Proactively identify solutions to meet workforce objectives
