In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of laboratory operations, informatics, automation, and customer value—translating real workflow pain points into scalable Total Lab Automation (TLA) and informatics solutions.
What you’ll do
+ Act as a workflow and informatics subject matter expert across clinical labs, connecting operational needs with platform capabilities (analytics + pre-/post-analytics + sample/data flow) to enable end-to-end lab solutions.
+ Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and constraints, then design a future-state model using Lean and workflow engineering methods.
+ Lead lab assessment activities including:
+ Customer expectations and success criteria
+ Workflow mapping, lab volumes, and operational bottlenecks
