Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a high-volume caseload? Our growing law firm is looking for a Case Manager to handle 150–200 workers’ compensation files and oversee each case from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage day-to-day progress on a full caseload (150–200 files)
2. Maintain continuous communication with clients
3. Draft and send letters to clients, opposing parties, and the court using Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Prepare and file documents in EAMS (DORs, C&Rs, Stips, exhibits, etc.)
5. Request and follow up on medical records from providers
6. Calendar hearings and deadlines for attorneys
7. Maintain and update case files in Meruscase (preferred)
