A respected law firm is seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join its team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience who is licensed and residing in California.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a full caseload independently from A to Z
+ Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, depositions, etc.
+ Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure high-quality legal representation
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of California workers’ compensation defense experience
+ Active California Bar license
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
