Worker Mechanic II

**Description**

This role maintains, installs, modifies, and repairs all equipment used in Filling, Compounding and R&D. In addition, the position provides mechanical support to the Production floor through equipment set⁃ups and continuous improvement projects to meet Estée Lauder's quality standards and expected line efficiencies.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and modify equipment to ensure maximum productivity and quality are achieved.
+ Perform trouble shooting and repairs on equipment located in all serviced departments.
+ Assist operators and fellow mechanics with challenges during set⁃ups, operation and troubleshooting of the equipment.
+ Maintain the inventory of needed spare parts.
+ Train operators on technical abilities of equipment.
+ Perform installations and assist in validation of new equipment.
+ Performs general mechanical tasks to meet both production and building needs.
