Workday Technofunctional Consultant (Guadalajara)

We are currently seeking a Workday Technofunctional Consultant to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

• Functional Expertise : Provide expertise in Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance teams, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions.
• Technical Integration : Develop and support integrations between Workday and other third‑party systems using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Studio. Manage data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
