**Job Description Summary:**

The Senior HRIS Analyst performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ranging from data integrity, system configuration to reporting, and data analytics. In this role, you will be part of a high performing, mission driven HRIS team that manages all of Rocket’s Human Resource Systems, including but not limited to Workday. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner with the HR Business Partner, HR team members, and employees across all levels at Rocket to leverage the return on technological capabilities to include executive workforce reporting, dashboards and analytics. The Senior HRIS Analyst is highly analytical with a keen attention to detail, loves solving problems with strong systems experiences to develop best practices for systems and data while working to support legal and compliance requirements globally.
