Workday Security Administrator

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This role is a key member of the team responsible for Bryan Healths financial, human capital, and supply chain applications. This position will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations and access protocols within Workday. The administrator ensures user access is managed appropriately; sensitive employee data is safeguarded, and compliance requirementsincluding audit and regulatory standardsare consistently met. Working cross-functionally, this role will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives across Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain functions. Success in this role depends on a solid grasp of both system architecture and the business processes that drive Bryan Healths operations.
