Workday Project Manager

Role summary
The Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery cadence and governance of Phase 2. This person is the operational backbone of the program: owning the plan, driving the meeting and reporting rhythm, governing delivery tooling and standards, preparing sponsor and steering materials, and keeping workstreams, the vendor, and country stakeholders aligned to milestones and dependencies. The PM works in close partnership with the Functional Lead (who owns local HR team coordination, requirements, and change/comms), Technical Lead (who owns configuration, testing, and cutover), and the Product Owner (who owns backlog and squad capacity).
Key responsibilities
Project plan ownership — Own and maintain the overall Phase 2 project plan; track milestones and dependencies across all workstreams and countries.
Program team meetings — Facilitate weekly program team meetings; set agendas, capture actions, and drive follow-up to closure.
