About the role

Benefact Group  are looking for a Workday Product Owner to join our Gloucester office on a 12 month Outside IR35 contract basis. The contractor take ownership of a newly implemented Workday platform and support its evolution into a mature, enterprise-wide service.

Following a successful Finance go-live, the focus of this engagement is to:

• Stabilise and optimise the live Finance platform

• Establish a clear product roadmap, backlog and governance model

• Maximise value from existing capabilities

• Define and prepare the operating model, processes and controls required for future rollout to HR and wider Group functions ...
