Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations for external system data exchange (both inbound and outbound).
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs in Workday for third-party systems.
• Utilize Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connect, and Workday Web Services to implement integrations.
• Collaborate with external system teams (Coupa, CTX) to define API specifications, data mappings, and business rules.
• Implement proper authentication, authorization, and data security in all integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, error handling, and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for all integrations.
