Workday Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Conduct workshops to analyze business requirements, advise on industry best practices, and design customized Workday solutions.
• Configuration & Prototyping: Configure Workday modules (e.G., HCM, Payroll, Financials) and build prototypes to demonstrate functionality.
• Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Cloud Connect to ensure data flow between systems.
• Testing & Deployment: Execute test plans (UAT), validate data accuracy, and manage the deployment process.
• Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.
