Workday HRIS Consultant - Third party role

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

Configure, manage and maintain Bloom’s HR systems including Workday (HCM), Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management

Technical lead for Workday implementation of additional Workday functionalities including Onboarding and Absence Management

Design and develop Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business analytics needs

Lead or support Workday semi-annual releases, including impact analysis, configuration updates, regression testing and stakeholder communications.

Provide day-to-day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines

Manage the integration of the HCM application and reports with other business systems and vendors where required (ADP, Oracle, Benefits Providers, etc.) ...
