Job Description

The Workday HCM Business Analyst/HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and developing the Workday HCM module. This position serves as a technical point‑of‑contact for assigned functional areas and assists in gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve and streamline processes. The HRIS Analyst also supports the HRIS team with release upgrades, providing training as well as ensuring data integrity throughout the system and other technical projects as assigned. This position requires knowledge with Workday HCM modules.
