Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementations and support, particularly in the following modules:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support and configuration expertise in Workday HRMS modules:

Advanced Compensation

Compensation

Time Management

Absence Management

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and fixes.
