Workday Finance Functional Analyst

Position Summary

Reporting to the Workday Finance Manager, the Workday Finance Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s Workday Financial Management system. This role acts as a liaison between Finance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure and support Workday Finance processes, resolve system issues, and recommend system improvements aligned with organizational objectives. The incumbent will support day‑to‑day Workday Financial operations, participate in system enhancements and projects, perform testing and reporting activities, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
