This role involves deep analysis of payroll data across systems and periods, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions to streamline payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and reporting, and a strong understanding of payroll compliance and auditing. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to innovate with complex payroll environments.
