Role: Workday Admin and Security Analyst 
Brief: You'll manage the Overall Security architecture and governance across the Workday platform (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent and performance) 
Location: Pune, India 
Job description: 
Configure, maintain, and advise on security within Workday application including but not limited to domain security policies, roles, and role assignments. 
Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy. Partner with HR Ops team for the process, management, and execution of mass data uploads (EIBs)
