Work Inspector -Structure

+ Inspect structural works on-site including concrete, steel, formwork, rebar, precast elements, and associated civil infrastructure.

+ Monitor contractors’ activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, materials, and relevant specifications.

+ Report any non-conformances, delays, or deviations from the contract documents to the Site Engineer or Resident Engineer.

+ Witness material testing and ensure the correct implementation of quality control procedures.

+ Maintain comprehensive site records including daily inspections, progress updates, and photographic evidence.

+ Review and verify contractor’s daily reports and check the adequacy of manpower and equipment on-site.

+ Coordinate with other discipline inspectors to resolve interface issues and ensure proper integration of works.

+ Participate in technical and progress meetings as required.
