Work in the Sun - Customer Support - Dutch speaking

Are you looking for a real summer, the chance to enjoy the sun for more than 3 days at a time? Well look no further!

We're looking for Dutch speakers for several different projects right now!

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch
• Very good communication skills in English
