Work In Progress

Role Purpose: To track, control, and reconcile work-in-progress materials across departments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track movement of socks between departments i.e., Production-WIP-Linking-Checking-Plating-Trimming-Labelling-Packing. Conduct daily socks counts and maintain accurate WIP records. Reconcile issued, processed, and returned quantities. Report variances and delays. Coordinate with production and stores teams.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality standards. Ability to inspect components for defects and maintain high-quality standards. Familiarity with production documentation and reporting. Strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and teamwork. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
