The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Group Leader to join our Kesselring Site Off?Hull Production team in West Milton, NY! In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate daily work activities across multiple skilled trade groups, including steam fitters, electricians, carpenters, millwrights, instrument mechanics and laggers.

Oversee maintenance, modification and installation activities on high?pressure steam and radiological piping systems, as well as other radiological work evolutions.

Plan, schedule and prioritize work based on manpower needs, labor hours, system criticality and project timelines to ensure safe, timely execution.
