Lead, coach, and support Growthbackers in achieving sales and revenue targets

Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline health

Conduct coaching sessions, call reviews, and role-play training

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing talent development

Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies and training programs
