Work Center Planning Manager

**What You'll Do**

+ You will own S&OP (Rolling 18M) & Supply Planning: Lead S&OP rolling 18 months (TKT) supply planning process, run RCCP scenarios to offer insights about supply plan for better decision make.
+ You will be responsible for Capacity Planning & Factory Alignment: Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants to assess production capacity, capability, and key constraints. Validate feasibility of supply plans considering plant capacity, material availability, and operational limitations. Identify bottlenecks, overload risks, and capacity gaps, and drive mitigation actions. Support capacity investment and resource allocation decisions through data-driven insights
+ You will be responsible for PSI Management & Scenario Planning: Build and manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) framework to ensure end-to-end supply-demand alignment and develop scenario planning (what-if simulations) based on different demand, supply, and capacity assumptions.
